Supported Environments

DotNetMagic Version 5.4 is designed to be built using Visual Studio 2005/2008 and .NET Framework 2.0. Version 5.4 cannot be built using previous versions of Visual Studio or the .NET Framework. However, purchase of version 5.4 also includes a copy of version 3.0 of DotNetMagic, the last version to be created that was targeted at Visual Studio .NET 2003 and .NET Framework 1.1.

Support and Upgrade Policy

During the first year after purchase you can email our technical support team for help with resolving problems or advice on how to get the most from our software. You will also be automatically supplied with all updates as they are produced. At the end of this period you have the option to purchase another year of email support and product updates at a cost of 25% of the normal licence price.
